The Author's Story
This book had unusual beginnings. The trope I wanted to explore was a good-guy husband whose wife convinces him to slip one to her divorcee best friend because she’s lonely and horny. I wrote most of the opening scene on the patio with Gil, Kedra and Ryleigh (an older and less hot Ryleigh) before convincing myself I couldn’t make a story out of it.
Write #2 introduced the lesbian arc, which brought in the insemination kink. I added Abi to the patio scene, but there were too many women introduced together so I rewrote again to introduce Abi separately before sending her away to introduce Ryleigh and Kendra. Again, I couldn’t make the lesbian insemination work. Does he fuck both partners, and if so, how does the story escalate after inseminating the first one?
Incest was my escalation, and the rest of the book came relatively easy after that. I know most brother/sister tropes are horny young people who can’t keep their hands off each other. This is obviously not one of those stories. The idea I wanted to write is a brother and sister forced into bed by circumstances who discover they enjoy it.
